Return and Refund Policy

What is the return policy?

Cotton Halo Company does not accept returns and all sales are final due to health and safety reasons.  Customers may apply for a replacement if received product is damaged or shipped incorrectly. Notice of condition shall be given within two (2) days of receipt of product, provided with a picture of received or damaged product.

What should I do if I am missing a product in my package?
Please email us with your order number, an image of your order, the product that is missing and we will get it shipped.
